The Truth of Self-Reflection and Life "The cause of suffering is attachment to things we consider ours. This is the ultimate truth." This statement points to a deep truth in life - our attachment and sense of ownership often lead to our suffering. When we consider something or someone as ours, we experience deep pain when we lose or see changes in them. The Path of Self-Knowledge: Athato Brahma Jijnasa "Athato Brahma Jijnasa" is an important statement from the Upanishads, meaning "Now inquire about Brahman." It inspires us to know our true nature, our soul. Know Yourself and Love Yourself Swami Prem Swarup Anand Ji says: - Know Yourself: Acquiring self-knowledge is a vital aspect of life. When we understand our true nature, we can handle life's ups and downs more easily. - Love Yourself: Loving and accepting ourselves gives us inner peace and satisfaction.

The Ultimate Truth of Life
There is no permanent companion in life. This understanding inspires us to redefine our attachments and become self-dependent.

Four Main Yogas According to Bhagavad Gita
The Bhagavad Gita describes four main yogas:
1. Gyan Yoga: The path of self-knowledge and philosophical understanding, focusing on knowing the true nature of the self and the ultimate reality.
2. Karma Yoga: The path of selfless action, performing duties without attachment to the outcome, with dedication and surrender.
3. Bhakti Yoga: The path of love and devotion, attaining liberation through love and dedication to God.
4. Raja Yoga: Also known as Ashtanga Yoga, it includes eight limbs: yama, niyama, asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana, and samadhi. It is for self-realization and peace of mind.

Meaning and Context of the Shloka
“Where there is truth, there is righteousness; where there is righteousness, there is victory.” This shloka highlights the deep connection between truth, righteousness, and victory.

Spiritual Knowledge and Self-Liberation
We are not born with the knowledge of our true nature; it is an opportunity to understand it. We are all like trees, rivers, mountains, animals, birds, and living beings – unaware. The ignorance of ego is what makes us think we are superior or better than others. Liberation from this ignorance is the knowledge of birth and death.

Our Message
Self-knowledge helps us understand our true nature and liberates us from ego and ignorance. When we understand our true nature, we realize we are free from the cycle of birth and death.

The Path Ahead
– Self-Reflection and Self-Knowledge: We should progress in life through self-reflection and self-knowledge.
– Truth and Righteousness: We should walk on the path of truth and righteousness and move our lives in a positive direction.
